July 8th - Polish Feast, potato and cheese pierogi caramelized onions & crème fraiche hunters stew (bigos with grilled polish kielbasa). Could be served vegetarian

July 15th - Poulet à l'Estragon Garlic herb potatoes Carottes Râpées

July 22nd - Baked Rigatoni Ricotta Parmesan Snow Summer spring mix Shallot vinaigrette Crispy shallots

July 29th - Pollo alla Genovese Orzo aglio e olio Summer greens Balsamic vinaigrette
