Paschal Winery is settled on 22 beautiful acres of land in Southern Oregon. The vineyard was planted in the late 1980's, Than the winery happened! For the Paschal Family it is about the journey not the destination. Meet the family below.
Roy Paschal
The founder of Paschal Winery and Vineyards. Man with a dream and an unstoppable determination to make it come true. Roy is truly one of a kind.
Aga Stachurska Paschal
Moved from her homeland Poland where she got "recruited" by Roy, bringing her vast talent and experience for European wines.
Rory Calhoun
Rory joined the team in 2017 and is an essential part of our operations inside and outside the tasting room. If he is not zooming on his 4 wheeler overlooking the vineyard, he will be wearing a chef's hat in our kitchen, or cracking jokes behind the bar.
Yahaira Padilla
Yaya has been part of Paschal family since 2016. After a brief break to travel and work in non-profit organizations, she came back as a Tasting Room Manager.
Laura Becker
Laura joined Paschal Winery in 2019 and she has the most wonderful sense of humor, generous heart and passion for wine and a good conversation.
Emily Outfleet
Emily joined the team in Spring of 2022. Her kindness and bright spirit radiates across the room. She is a florist in heart, has a great taste for vintage treasures and has impeccable standards when it comes to aesthetics.
Harper McCraith
Harper joined us in 2021. He is the youngest member of our team, but already keeps us in line with his dedication, diligence, and attention to detail.
Maja Stachurska
Born and raised in the vineyard, Maja will surprise you with incredible knowledge for such a young age. Currently she is learning the ins and outs of the kitchen.
Sarah Devine
Sarah joined us spring of 2022. Being new to the wine industry didn't stop her from shining in her achievements.
Nichole Shulte - Wine Maker
Nichole has been crafting small-lot, expressive, vineyard-driven wines in Southern Oregon since 2012. Today, Nichole creates locally and internationally recognized wines guided by balance, harmony, and a profound respect for place and time.
Madeline Rutkai
Madeline joined the team in 2015 and is an essential part of our tasting room.
Rami Padilla
Rami is a recent graduate from Phoenix High School and a wonderful addition to the Paschal team. Rami brings an incredible work ethic, great kindness and he's REALLY funny which makes working with him a breeze.
Maritza Padilla
Maritza's smile says it all! she is the girl with the biggest heart, wonderful attitude, and always up for a good conversation.
