Author Kathy Gehrt and her recently published cookbook,"Discover Cooking with Lavender" will be at Paschal Winery from 4-6pm for a book signing and tips on cooking with lavender.  She will also provide insight how lavender has been used throughout history and discuss popular flavor pairings. Come and view all the lavender on the property while sipping wine and complimentary lavender refreshments!!
